Test condition

I wore them several times, after long runs, interval workouts and after competitions, especially after the Malta marathon and La Rochelle Marathon. I put them on as recommended, at least for 2 hours and from the end of sessions.

My review

I hesitated a long time to buy myself this kind of recovery socks. But I decided after reading a lot of positive reviews.
My choice is focused on the BV SPORT brand which enjoys a very good reputation and which are also known in the medical field.

Having used it after several long runs, the benefits were felt, I had much less stiffness, especially compared to the quadriceps which after the same run were painful.
To prolong their lifespan, avoid washing them too often. I advise you to put them just after the shower post competition / training, you will avoid odors as much as possible and you will be able to limit their washing.
Be careful, these socks should not be used during sports sessions, the compression is too important.

Conclusion

This pair of socks, despite a fairly high price (around 60 euros) is a very well finished product, resistant and effective. The compression is adjusted, neither too much nor too little. The 10 different sizes available allow you to choose the pair that suits your body shape.

  • No feeling of being "tight".
  • Effective, sores are much less present.
  • Very good maintains in position.
  • The price.
  • Itching occurs when the socks are removed but does not last long.
